ATM America’s Transaction Processing enables our merchants 24/7 access to their ATM processing data.  Our clients are provided with the latest technology in ATM processing offered by Columbus Data Services. We are registered with all ATM networks such as Visa, MasterCard, Pulse, Star, Honor, Discover, Novus, Quest, and Switch Commerce.

Our ATM transaction-processing system ensures that all operations in a single cash transaction are completed without error. If a hardware error occurs during the transaction and cash is not dispensed ATM America’s ATM processing system “reverses” all of the operations of this transaction and restores the accounting system the state that it was in before the processing of the transaction began. If the operations of a transaction are completed successfully, the transaction is completed by our ATM transaction-processing system, and cash is paid to the customer.

All our ATM clients are provided their own ATM data tracking website enabling them to monitor and analyze their ATM data in real time including terminal status, cash levels, transactions and more.

The system also allows downloaded and printed ATM reports and statements including daily, monthly and yearly transaction summaries, cash balances, dispensed amount and more. The online ATM portal is accessible from any mobile device using an app available for both Android and iOS devices.

Also provided is a toll-free 24/7 customer support line should you ever need assistance with your ATM processing. If a cardholder uses the ATM and claims the ATM machine didn’t dispense the correct amount of money, they can call the toll-free number anytime 24/7/365 to dispute the transaction.
